Delivery methods
We use Australia Post for all postal orders and will email tracking details to you once dispatched.

Bulky Items – $18 for the first item, +$9 for each additional bulky item
Express Regular Items – $15
Express Bulky Items – $30 for the first item, +$15 for each additional bulky item

NSW, TAS, ACT, SA
Regular items – $8.80
Bulky Items – $35.20 for the first item, +$17.60 for each additional bulky item
Express Regular Items – $18

WA, NT, QLD
Regular items – $8.80

Delivery times
We do our best to dispatch quickly. We operate Monday to Friday and usually ship items within 2 days of receiving an order. If express postage is requested, we will dispatch the same day. If courier delivery is requested, we will provide same day delivery only to the postcodes stated at checkout.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from Good Cycles.
Payment terms
Only Australian Dollars (AUD) are accepted. Pre-payment is required before dispatch of goods. All prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST and are current at the time of purchase. Good Cycles will do its best to ensure product availability, however, reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice. If an order cannot be fulfiled you will be notified via email or phone call within 2 business days.
Returns & refunds
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which can be emailed to us at [email protected] or posted along with the returned product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: TG23 Goldsbrough Lane, Melbourne VIC, 3000, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, so we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. When you receive the credit will depend upon your card issuer’s policies. We make no guarantee about offering refunds. Refunds are at our discretion and we abide by practices outlined by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: TG23 Goldsbrough Lane, Melbourne VIC, 3000, Australia.
