Good Service | From $199
This comprehensive package combines our everday safety adjustments with a deep mechanical check to keep your bike running smoothly. It covers everything from standard gear brake tuning to deep-dive drivetrain clean and bearing adjustment for hard-working rides.
- Brake and gear tuning, chain and cable lubrication, and precision wheel truing.
- Full safety inspection including headset, bottom bracket, and hub bearings.
- Drivetrain deep dive: removal, thorough degreasing, and inspection of the chain, cassette, and chainrings.
- Fitting of basic replacement parts (tubes, tyres, brake pads) and external cables if required.
Please note: Parts are not included in the service price. Internal routed cable replacement is available from $50.
e-Bike Service | From $219
Designed for Bosch and Shimano Steps systems, this service pairs our comprehensive Good Service mechanical check with specialized electronic systems management. We recommend this every 6 months or 1,000 km to keep your e-bike running at peak performance.
- Includes all mechanical tuning, adjustments, and safety checks from our Good Service.
- Full electrical diagnostics using official Bosch and Shimano manufacturer tools.
- System firmware updates, error code scans, and battery health assessments.
- Complete component communication check to clear any service icons.

Brompton Service | From $280
This dedicated package consolidates our folding expertise into a single, comprehensive service for your Brompton. We handle everything from basic alignment to a deep drivetrain strip-down, ensuring your bike folds crisply and rides beautifully.
- Brake and gear tuning, wheel truing, and internal hub gear inspection for wear.
- Comprehensive inspection, torque calibration, and lubrication of the core folding hinges and clamps.
- Drivetrain deep clean: full removal, degreasing, and cleaning of the chain and sprockets.
- Replacement of standard cables and housing, plus hydraulic disc brake bleeding for G Line models if required.

Tern E-Cargo Service | From $289
Built for hard-working cargo frameworks carrying families or heavy loads, this service adds heavy-duty structural checks to our standard e-bike diagnostic package. We recommend a service every 6 months or 1,000 km to guarantee absolute safety on the road.
- Includes all mechanical and diagnostic checks from our E-Bike Service.
- Specialized inspection of the cargo rack, frame integrity, and all load-bearing components.
- Detailed torque and safety check on high-stress structural bolts.
- Cleaning and tension inspection for belt-drive models (in place of chain lubrication).

If your ride needs a targeted fix outside our standard packages, we offer individual mechanical solutions to get you sorted.
- Standard inner tube or tyre installation (tube included; replacement tyres are extra).
- Specialised labour for tube or tyre replacement on electric bikes or internal hub systems.
- Professional tubeless conversion and precision rim sealing per wheel.
- Precision wheel truing combined with individual broken or damaged spoke replacement.

Bring our expert mechanics directly to your office or community event. We offer premium on-site servicing for organisations located in Melbourne committed to supporting active, healthy workplaces and providing a high-value incentive for employees who cycle to work.
On the day of the booking, our team sets up directly in your building’s bike-parking area to receive bicycles as riders arrive. Focusing entirely on safety and preventative maintenance, our mechanics can efficiently service up to 15 bikes per booking period. We also provide pop-up tuning services for corporate and community events focused on sustainability and urban mobility.
Availability is limited, so we recommend booking well in advance.
