Our Services
Good Service (From $199)
A thorough once-over to keep your bike riding smoothly and safely on your everyday ride. We tune your brakes and gears, lube your chain and cables, true your wheels, and check your headset and hub bearings. External cables are replaced if needed, and we’ll fit any basic parts like tubes, tyres, or brake pads while we’re in there.
Please note: Parts are not included in the service price. Internal routed cable replacement is available from $50 — just let us know if you’d like us to quote before we proceed.
Good Service Plus (From $399)
Everything in our Good Service, plus a proper deep dive. We pull the entire drivetrain — chain, cassette, and chainrings — degrease everything thoroughly, and refit or replace as needed. The bottom bracket and headset bearings are removed, re-greased, and adjusted, and wheel bearings get the same treatment. If your cables are internally routed, we’ll tackle those too.
This is the service for bikes that work hard, haven’t been in for a while, or are starting to feel like they need more than a tune-up.

e-Bike Service (From $219)
(Bosch and Shimano Steps systems)
Everything in our Good Service, plus the specialist attention your e-bike needs. We run a full motor system diagnostic and check for firmware updates whether your bike runs Bosch or Shimano Steps, using manufacturer diagnostic tools to inspect battery health, check for system error codes, and make sure all components are communicating properly.
If your display is showing a wrench icon, that’s your bike telling you it’s time to come in.
We recommend servicing your e-bike every 6 months or 1,000 km — more often if you’re riding in tough conditions or clocking up big kilometres.

Tern E-Cargo Bike Service (From $289)
Everything in our E-Bike Service, plus the extra attention your Tern cargo bike deserves. These bikes work hard — often carrying kids, groceries, or heavy loads day in, day out — so we go deeper. We run a full Bosch motor system diagnostic, check for firmware updates, and inspect the battery for health and charge performance. We also check your cargo rack, load-bearing components. Belt drive models get a clean and inspection in place of chain lube.
Tern recommends a service every 6 months or 1,000 km — more often if you’re regularly riding with passengers or heavy loads. If your display is showing a wrench icon, it’s time to come in.

Brompton Standard Service (From $280)
A thorough tune-up tailored to the unique needs of your Brompton. We adjust your brakes and gears, lube the chain and hinges, check tyre pressure, and true the wheels. Most importantly, we inspect and lubricate the folding mechanism — the heart of any Brompton — to make sure it clicks in and out smoothly and securely every time. Hub gear cable stretch is checked and adjusted as needed.

Brompton Full Service (From $380)
Everything in the Brompton Standard Service, plus a deeper strip-down and freshen-up. We fully degrease and clean the drivetrain, replace cables and housing if required, check and torque all bolts to Brompton’s recommended settings, and inspect the internal hub gear for wear. Hydraulic disc brakes (G Line models) are bled if needed.
A Full Service is ideal if your Brompton is your daily commuter, hasn’t been in for a while, or is starting to feel a little less crisp than the day you bought it.
