Preeti is a graduate in Economics and a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of leadership experience in Financial Accounting Services across multiple countries and industries such as Technology, Financial Services, FMCG, Construction, Aviation and Realestate. Preeti specialises in finance processes, shared services, project management, internal controls and process improvements. Preeti retired from corporate life in 2022 as Director and Head of Global Business Services APAC with multinational company Newell Brands, where she led a team of 100+ that spanned across 11 countries. In this role, Preeti was instrumental in setting up finance shared service centres, implementing new ERPs and leading edge automation tools, in addition to delivering finance services to all businesses.
Preeti is passionate about gender and racial equality and believes in equal opportunities for all. She has been actively mentoring and coaching for the past 15 years and volunteers her time with several not-for-profit organisations that support asylum seekers, victim survivors of family violence and people facing long term employment barriers.
