VIC

Regular items – $10

Bulky Items – $18 for the first item, +$9 for each additional bulky item

Extra bulky items – $30.00 for the first item, and an extra $15.00 for each additional extra-bulky item.

Complete Bikes – $160

NSW, TAS, ACT, SA

Regular items – $10

Bulky items – $18 for the first item, an extra $9 for additional bulky items.

Extra bulky items – $40.00 for the first item, and an extra $20.00 for each additional extra-bulky item.

Complete Bikes – $160

WA, NT, QLD

Regular items: $10

Bulky items: $24 for the first item, an extra $12 for additional bulky items.

Extra bulky items: $75.00 for the first item, and an extra $37.50 for each additional extra-bulky item.

Complete Bikes – QLD & WA: $200, NT: $220

Delivery times

We operate Monday to Friday and usually ship items within 2 days of receiving an order. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for shipping parcel orders and various couriers for complete bikes.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from Good Cycles.

Payment terms

Only Australian Dollars (AUD) are accepted. Pre-payment is required before dispatch of goods. All prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST and are current at the time of purchase. Good Cycles will do its best to ensure product availability, however, reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice. If an order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified via email or phone call within 2 business days.

Returns & refunds

Returns

You have 90 calendar days to return a product from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which can be emailed to us at info@goodcycles.org or posted along with the returned product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail your product to: TG23 Goldsbrough Lane, Melbourne VIC, 3000, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, so we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. When you receive the credit will depend upon your card issuer’s policies. We make no guarantee about offering refunds. Refunds are at our discretion and we abide by practices outlined by Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goodcycles.org and send your item to: TG23 Goldsbrough Lane, Melbourne VIC, 3000, Australia.
