Chris is a trained governance professional specialising in providing company secretarial services to not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises and charities.
With over 30 years’ experience in a range of different businesses and industry sectors in the UK and Australia, Chris has a good understanding of the benefits of practical and effective corporate governance in organisations. As well as his role at Good Cycles, Chris is currently company secretary for the Australasian Sonographers Association Ltd, Wimmera Southern Mallee Development Ltd and Big Group Hug Ltd.
Chris is also a fair-weather commuter and leisure cyclist.
