Anna is currently the Deputy Secretary, Justice Policy and Data Reform at the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety. In this role she is responsible for advising and delivering on justice policy and legislation, justice system stewardship and data reform. Prior to this role, Anna led the employment venture and advisory practice at Social Ventures Australia with a focus on measuring and evaluating employment outcomes, technology and programmatic innovations to support young people into work, training or study and advocating for employment system improvements.
Anna has over ten years’ experience in government, leading and implementing whole of government reform including the Victorian Government’s response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence and the Victorian Government’s transition into the NDIS. She is passionate about systems, data, technology, cycling and creating pathways into meaningful jobs for young people.
